Make a SPLASH!

What’s your favourite water play destination?

Who doesn’t love a water play park? Play plus water! Perfect! There are a few great ones in the Inner West, here are all the details you need. Some of the best are at Sydney Olympic Park so we’ll start there.

Blaxland Riverside Park 1000x1000

There’s plenty of water at this water play park! Plus one of the best playgrounds in the Inner West – what more could you want?

Bicentennial Park waterplay 2 1000x1000

The ultimate splash pad! There are fountains galore at Bicentennial Park, you can even bring your scooter or bike to this one.

Cathy Freeman 5

There’s not too many places you can play under an Olympic Cauldron! If it’s water you’re after, there’s a heap here.

Splashers Water Playground 600x600

Located within the Aquatic Centre at Sydney Olympic Park, this water playground is a favourite for our kids. With kid friendly water slides, a giant water bucket and heaps of smaller water play attractions in really shallow water, Splasher’s is toddler friendly. There’s also a rapid river ride for the older kids.

Fanny Durack 400x400

A wholly underrated splash pad, green grass, a great pool, hot chips…

One of the local favourites, we all love Steel Park! It’s a great place for a play or a picnic and even better there’s a chance to cool off too. This water play is suitable for smaller kids as it’s pretty small but very cool.

Darling Quarter Waterplay 520x520

The kids playground at the Darling Quarter is not only world class, it has a world class water play area. One of the best splash pads ever right next to one of the best playgrounds you’ll see. Definitely worth checking out.
