Pilates+Stretch class 13-18 years @ Concord Library
Join in on a Pilates+Stretch class where you learn to build on your strength and improve your posture, balance and coordination. Pilates+Stretch classes bring the best of Pilates body conditioning together with stretching and relaxation found in Yoga, to inspire you to strengthen your understanding of your body-mind connection.
Please bring with you to the class a yoga mat or beach towel and ensure that you wear appropriate clothing for exercise. Ensure that you have adequate sun protection, hat and water. This class will take place in the grassed area outside of Concord Library (near the car park).
This is a COVID safe event.
Please ensure the contact details for all participants are included in your ticket, and check in when you arrive.
Please follow all instructions to maintain 1.5m physical distancing and only use the space allocated to the class.
